We opened our original restaurant, UptonÕs Breakroom, in 2013 to feed our factory staff and our Chicago customers. In 2020 we added Liberation Donuts to the space. Now, the two concepts have combined to become Liberation Kitchen. Our 100% vegan menu includes Fried Bacon Mac, soft serve, gourmet donuts, hot dogs, bowls, and much more! Full menu, including donuts: 11 am-7:30 pm; 7 Days a Week Donuts only: 9 am-11 am; Fri-Sun
